How are the quantities worked out?

Per-person PPE = crew size × a spare factor for your shift pattern (1.15 / 1.3 / 1.5 for 1 / 2 / 3 shifts). Site equipment (fire, first-aid, spill, gas detection, signage) scales in bands of crew size; a consumables allowance scales with campaign months.

Where do the naira figures come from?

Each item carries an indicative Nigerian-market low–high unit band. A CMS cost-index multiplier keeps the bands current without a code change. Treat the total as a planning band, not a quotation.

Which standards does the checklist map to?

ISO 45001 for the management system; API RP 54/74/75 and RP 55 for drilling, offshore and H₂S; NUPRC EGASPIN and NCDMB HSE for Nigerian compliance; plus EN/ANSI/SOLAS product standards on the PPE.
